We offer private fishing charters in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for Inshore & Deep Sea Fishing for up to four to fifteen people per boat. If you have a large family of more than six people, bachelor party, church group or corporate event we have multiple boats to take up to a total of 50 people with each of our inshore boats holding up to three to four people per boat and our offshore boat up to six to fifteen people per boat. When we do trips like this we turn them in to a tournament for the biggest fish and most fish caught. When requiring more than two boats on the same day and time you must schedule well in advance.
**Cancelation Policy** All cancellations must be done 2 weeks in advance, if canceled less than 2 weeks, your deposit is non-refundable. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for canceling of your charters at any time. If cancellation is due to Covid-19, we will send you a coupon code to reschedule your trip when travel bans and restrictions are lifted…
All cancellations must be done two weeks in advance (excluding weather). If canceled after the two-week limit, an a date cannot be rebooked. (A 2-week cancellation notice is required, or you will be charged 25% of the value of the fishing trip. 50% charge for less than 48 hours’ notice. 100% charge for less than 24 hours’) We also stand by a 45-minute “NO SHOW” policy, which states that if you are more than 45 minutes late for your charter and do not call the captain, it is considered a NO SHOW, and you will be charged for the full trip amount. If you call to say you are running late, that is no problem, but remember that your charter time starts at the stated departure time.
The weather must be considered when booking a fishing charter. It is solely up to the Captain’s decision as to whether is safe enough to depart. Weather reports do change frequently. Your Captain will call you 12 hours prior to your trip to advise you of the weather conditions. The Captain will examine the weather conditions, brief the party and make the determination to proceed, cancel, or if possible, re-schedule the trip for you. If the decision to cancel is made by the captain due to weather or any other safety concerns the deposit will be refunded in full, however, if the party, after being briefed on the weather and sea conditions, decides to continue with the charter and after the boat leaves the dock, all refunds if any will be at the discretions of North Myrtle Beach Fishing Charters, LLC.
No, we will not cancel the charter for light rain as long as it is not thunder and lightning. If it is thunder and lightning, we will cancel the and adjust the prices based on the time we left the dock till we get back to the dock. Fishing times are from the time we leave the dock till the time to return to the dock. You may also want to bring a poncho or a rain suit with you in case it rains on us while we are out fishing.
When you book a charter with us, you will make a deposit for 15% of the charter price on a Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, or PayPal. This will book the date for your charter. Cash is requested for the balance of payment day of charter… Credit cards are accepted for deposit and on certain charters that are paid for ahead of time in full. There will be a 4% processing fee for the use of credit cards to pay for the full charter.
Most refunds take 7 to 14 days to be refunded back to your card from the time the captain tells you that it has been canceled. Due to COVID-19 and/or your credit card company refunds can take up to 21days to show back up on your card.

Rain Gear: You are on a boat and you could get wet at any time. You may also want to bring a poncho or a rain suit with you in case it rains on us while we are out fishing.
Snacks and drinks: You will want to bring along some snacks and drinks to keep you going throughout the day.
A small cooler: You will need a small cooler to keep your drinks and food in. You will also need a small cooler to store your fish in after we clean them back at the dock.
Ziplock Bags: You need to bring some gallon size Ziplock bags to put your fish in after we can them for you. Fish Cleaning is free with us.
Tips for the captain and/or mate are appreciated for good service. (20% is standard) Captain and/or mate is available for up to 30 minutes to clean fish after your charter. (25% tip is Standard)
Fishing times are from the time we leave the dock till the time we return back to the dock. We do reserve the right to end the charter 30 minutes early if we have more fish to clean than we can do in our 30 minute allotted time to clean fish. We usually can get the fished clean in 30 minutes unless you want to fill the cooler.
